Disclaimer: it's just my opinion.
1. apEX - Vitality is the most consistent team (5 finals, 3 of them in a row + victory on IEM Beijing) of this year so far and apEX made a huge work as IGL. Vitality started to play more teamplay CS (and stopped to relying only on ZywOo). They has different playstyles and tactics on EVERY map (except Train ofc) + he's the first IGL who successfully introduced and used the 6th player.
2. cadiaN - Heroic won two huge events (ESL One Cologne and DH Open + top2 on DH Open), but seems like they're a bit inconsistent lately.
3. tabseN - victory on 4 events (including DH Open Leipzig, which was on LAN), but BIG lost their shape after player's break.
4. blameF - coL is one of the best teams in the world not without blameF calling and strats, but also they were a bit inconsistent. If you forgot, coL didn't qualify for a major at all and seems like that with the current situation they doesn't have a single chance to do that.
5. gla1ve/Magisk - i will nominate both of them on one place. Yeah, Magisk is IGL rn, but at this terms he's nothing without gla1ve (as we saw before). Astralis didn't have results as good as 2019 or 2018, that's why they're only on 5th place, although they have some success.
6. Aleksib - Aleksib put OG on tier1 lvl, although they doesn't have strong firepower (i hate to say that as OG fan, but it's a fact). He deserved to be here, but OG still didn't won a single title, so only 6th place.
7. Boombl4 - Na'Vi with him won the biggest LAN of this year and was in the top4 at the most of the tournaments. He's really isn't as bad as many people says, his calling is good, but still Na'Vi has some map pool problems + they're relying too much on their superstars (s1mple and elec). I know, they're gods of this game and they really deserves to get some space from the team, but not SO MUCH! Teamplay is also the important thing in CS.
8. nexa - G2 was on 3 GF (including IEM Katowice), but all of the they choked and lost. And after that G2 went down hugely. Yeah, they're looking not bad with NiKo rn, but let's wait their results on big distance.
9-10 arT/stanislaw - the best IGLs in NA and they're really isn't doing bad as many says. Both of them dominated their region in different periods. Yeah, they're first tournament in EU was an total fiasco, but I think it's because they just didn't adapt to EU lvl of CS after the year of playing in NA. IMO, with time they'll do it.

I have dyslexia, sorry. I do agree with your list, but one thing, can NiKo be an honorable mention, he did ok, and sucks as an IGL, but great as an induvidual.

Well, IGL it's not about great individual skill. Individual skill don't give you tactics and strategies.
P.S. Is NiKo one of the honourable mentions? Probably yes, FaZe atleast wasn't as bad as in 2019.

imo cadian is top1 igl of this year bcs he came outta nowhere with heroic and made lots of good runs in big events
blamef second bcs of his insane lurking +bringing col to tier1 with good results
nexa in 3rd bcs in great part of the year he made g2 play a top3/5 cs with 2/3 underperforming players,carrying with hunter
apex is in 4 mainly bcs of the chokes in finals,if vita choked less he would be top1/2 for sure
tabsen in 5 just bcs of big drop in the break and his stats falling from 1.10 to 1.02 rn,if he could keep consistency he would be in 3/4 to me
astralis isn't here bcs they had a very long break and didn't exactly dominate the scene for a long period
aleksib and boombl4 are too inconsistent(inc their teams)
na igls aren't here mainly bcs they didn't achieve anything in eu scene
but its just my opinion,your list is good too!

tho hunden should be slashed alongside cadian. cadian is only a "good" igl with hunden's antistrats and it's clear as day that heroic's insane win at cologne where they looked like early 2018 astralis was because hunden was calling online.

?+1 apex underrated. Vitality is very dynamic with good aggressive ct side. Not sure about tabsen tho as BIG seem to play as a whole unit and boombl4 is yet to prove himself to be in top 10. You are focusing too much on the team's performance rather than on individual leading skills otherwise good list

BIG strats and mid-round calling are very good.
That's one of the biggest reasons why BIG were so good before the summer break.
Same with Boombl4, but Na'Vi has some tactical and "spirit" problems.

As i said, he's good at calling.
Na'Vi has many other problems, like weak map pool, relying on superstars, stupid strats on T-side, weak mentality, etc, but their coordination in game is good.

I would put boombl4 below nexa, art, and karrigan because he got carried by s1mple and electronic popping off as well as perfecto being a good support. Navi's IGLing has been absolute dogshit all year, the only reason they won anything is because of fragging power. If navi had any other russian-speaking igl except for jame (because his role would conflict with s1mple), they would be either first or a close second to vitality during the online era.

I think arT could place higher than boombl4 in some cases depending on what criteria you use to rank everyone. He might not have as many overall achievements, but every top NA team has been pretty shit online due to them being so accustomed to LAN, and the T2 and T3 teams that mainly play online normally look overly strong against them. If we still somehow had LANs going on, even if regional then arT probably would've cracked the top 5. Also stans calling feels really up and down, but the only other IGLs I feasibly see passing him would be Hampus for basically reviving NiP, even if they're a lower end T1 bordering T2 team at times, or possibly sdy for bringing Spirit into some really nice positions and making them feel like a stronger team than ever. There aren't really many standout IGLs this year. Apex, cadiaN, and tabsen are the only IGLs I feel have had an amazing year, and Nexa started it off great but G2 definitely cooled down when we hit online.

It's not bad list, but it's not as great as other said either.
Firstly judging 'best IGLs' is very hard and almost impossible unless you have their teamspeak and internal dynamics of each team. I mean could you really say that Godsent will perform better if apex was their IGL or Faze will perform worse if krystal was their IGL? Hard to say.
We could only judge their performance from team achievement. Even then I disagree with apex being best IGL. Yes he manages to unlock RPK and shox but overall his Vitality isn't more consistent or better compared to Alex's. In fact I remember one caster basically call them a choker and they need 1 year to finally won something. Same with Boombl4. He can't surpass Zeus despite his team having better firepower.
The better way to judge IGL is by watching how their teams perform with different kind of rosters. But outside of aleksib and alex I don't remember any other IGL perform well with different teams/rosters in last 2 years. cadian for example failed at North because his loose style doesn't fit with the rosters who prefer a more structured/rigid approach.

?Boombl4 should be way lower on the list, as tactics and IGLing capabilities is the smallest contributor to Na'Vi winning that event. I'd have an honorable mention for Vanity / Steel, as they brought up a team of no-namers to a top20 team. Jame another honorable mention due to recent form.

At this point I'm sure this late T executes is inherent with s1mple - electronic - flamie core, no matter who the IGL is. I mean this issue already exists during Zeus era, and I remember people bash him for it.
I mean blameF shouldnt be that higher imo. I know his performance is probably top 3, but other than farming 9to5 tourney, i dont see coL win any tier 1 tourney, right? is there even a grand final that CoL got on tier 1 tourney? I only remember them getting on semifinals but lose one of them to heroic.. Nexa should be higher.

2020 is really interesing,due to COVID situation is just an online cs for 3/4 of year and a lot of smaller or weaker teams/players show up on scene:

-broky
-furia
-new gambit looks good
-big
-heroic
Having Gla1ve. the best ever IGL in the game at 5 is hard.. and I would move him further up if it where my list.
However I get it from the point he havent played all season, and Astralis havent played much overall. and they have been changing around a lot making everything harder, even though they handled their changes way better than any other team still being able to win even though they shuffle. that speak to a good IGL to.
I do think the list lose credit when not having a IGL there have been among the best IGL for many years, never dropping under top 5 IGL in karrigan.. however many just see him from the toxic meme side that CS fandom sadly create.. however he has been really strong like always stepping up massively despite big issues.
Without a doubt done better than arT/stanislaw and boombl4..
Again just lead me to believe that you learn to the "meme" believe of him however silly it is.
Overall a fair list though.
