You definitely can, but you need a lot more time, so you can learn how to aim with your arm, wrist and fingers properly. For that the recommended is that you play with very high sensitivities -25cm/360, mid sens 35cm/360 and low sens +50cm/360 for a few months each.
The best aimers in Kovaak basically did that, which is why they can switch to any sens and still score very high.
But usually you'd be better investing that time into learning the game you're playing and developing game sense, strats, play style, etc and sticking to one sensitivity. Unless you just want to play aim trainers.
